| Why use Ceramic?
Ceramic coating is the industry standard for metal
exposed to extreme heat (400°+) such as headers,
exhaust pipes, and turbo housings. Ceramic demonstrates
tough durability under these high temperatures.
What is the Difference between Ceramic and
Powder?
Ceramic is a liquid. Even though
the format is different the basic application process
is similar to that of powder. Because it is a liquid,
electro-static charge is not required for the product
to adhere. Once sprayed the piece is oven cured. If
you want the look of chrome ceramic is the ideal choice
because it does not “blue” from heat exposure
as true chrome does.
